We are a voluntary organisation, providing a 24/7 radio service to all patients in
the hospital to make their stay more enjoyable
From our studio within the hospital, we broadcast both live and recorded programmes to the wards on Channel 5
Our volunteers visit the patients to take requests, which are played live on air in 'The Request Show' at 2pm.

Cirencester Hospital Radio is a self-funding registered charity, celebrating 50 years of broadcasting in 2026
Run by volunteers for the benefit and wellbeing of the patients and staff, we require donations to keep the station running, paying for licenses and studio equipment, to maintain a 24/7 service to the patients
We are currently fundraising to pay for a licence to allow us to
broadcast wirelessly around the hospital wards and to other small hospitals in the area.
